Low blood sugar is an insulin resistance problem.

Drinking sugary drinks and eating everytime is not the solution.

Several factors which causes this are:

 

1)POTASSIUM DEFICIENCY.

SOLUTION: Avocado, green leafy vegetables and vegetables salad, eaten first to boost blood pottasium levels.

 

2) ADRENAL FATIGUE

SOLUTION: proper stress management, grounding and sleep

 

3) INSULIN GROWTH FACTOR. This helps your body converts other substances to glucose when you are not eating, and when it is deficient, it can cause Low blood sugar.

 

4) FATTY LIVER AND CIRRHOSIS. This means your liver function is poor, and glycogen cannot also be stored.

 

SOLUTION: Low carb diets, fasting and eating healthy fats.

This is getting to the root of the problem and tackling it head on, not using band aid like drinking coke and eating 6 meals a day.
